Preservation

With our collection of historic nineteenth-century buildings and artisans' studios, surrounding the Nassawango Iron Furnace, we are a learning center for the study of history, art and nature. We share the lore and legacy of life in the Pocomoke Forest.

Education

We share the stories of Furnace Town, so our visitors may strengthen their understanding of the past, and enrich their appreciation for the artistic achievements, technological genius, and socio-economic contributions of the people that lived and worked here.
