-1:30 PM: Making Medieval Hygiene Kits (20 minutes) – Discover the secrets of Viking hygiene with a demonstration of how hygiene kits, including tweezers, ear spoons, and toothpicks, were made and used. Real artifacts from the Viking Age collection will be on display as part of this talk.

-4:30 PM: Medieval Hair Care and Styling (30-45 minutes) – Explore medieval hair care with a live demonstration of historical hair styling techniques, complete with recipes from a 12th-century manual and a recreation of a hairstyle using period tools.

Needlez the Dragonborn Prepare to be mesmerized! With fire breathing, fire eating, and incredible fire staff performances, Needlez brings the heat to the faire. Combining sideshow skills and fiery artistry, this act promises to leave audiences in awe.

Brinjal World Music & Aubergine Bellydancers take you on a musical journey through the world of bellydance and global rhythms. Their vibrant sets blend world music with hypnotic melodies, perfect for dancing or simply enjoying the rich sounds.

Sylvan FareLight: Step right up to witness the clever and entertaining antics of this honestly dishonest charlatan. Whether playing the classic three-shell game in the lanes or dazzling with magical tricks on stage, Sylvan is here to keep you on your toes with laughter and a bit of trickery

Costume Contest: Don your finest garb and join the Costume Contest, hosted by the playful Pirates of Fortune's Folly and proudly sponsored by Corsets & Cogs. Show off your creativity and craftsmanship in this spirited competition held on both Saturday and Sunday at 2 PM! Sign-up in the Furnace Town Gift Shop between 10AM - 1:30PM.

Yamê: Be enchanted by the grace and artistry of Yamê, a master of belly dance, as she weaves spellbinding movements in a half-hour performance. Following the performance, join her for a lively and empowering class, where she will guide you through the ancient art of belly dance, helping you find joy and confidence in every step. Whether ye be a seasoned dancer or a curious newcomer, all are welcome to revel in the beauty of the dance.

Marianne Styles: With a voice that captures the spirit of the faire, she will serenade you with a collection of Faire tunes, Sea Shanties, and Celtic melodies. Her soulful performances bring these timeless traditions to life.

Envy Belladonna enchants with a mesmerizing blend of Dark Fusion and Celtic belly dance, where the ethereal meets the powerful. Her spellbinding movements will transport you to a world of mystique and wonder, leaving you entranced.

The Sky Lanterns: This acoustic duo, brings folk songs and sea shanties to life with harmonious melodies that fill the air. Their captivating performances transport listeners to distant shores and forgotten times.

Big Whimsy: Watch the grounds come alive with the towering stiltwalkers of Big Whimsy! Their whimsical, larger-than-life presence adds a playful and magical touch to the faire as they roam, delighting all who cross their path.

Ampersand: Listen to and sing along with a variety of a capella vocal traditions - from sea shanteys to shape note songs to popular folksongs of the 19th century and earlier. Visitors can learn about the history of some of these traditions and be a part of this group activity, or just come and listen. Led by Ampersand's Topher Lawton, Beth Lawton, and Dick Hogle.

Sean the Whipsy Rover: Professional fight coordinator Sean is offering free whip-cracking lessons throughout the day. Master the art of the whip and take home one of his finely crafted whips, available for purchase—perfect for any aspiring adventurer or performer!
